What's New: Custom Branding, Co-Organisers and Teams

We have been heads-down on the biggest update to WhosFreeWhen since launch. Three new pieces are live today: custom branding, co-organisers, and a new Teams tier built for clubs, coaches and workplaces that schedule the same event again and again. Here is what changed and why.

Custom Branding: Make It Look Like Yours

Every free WhosFreeWhen event still carries our "Planned with WhosFreeWhen" footer, and that stays exactly as it is: it is how people find us when a friend shares an event with them. Pro events can now set a custom colour and logo, and switch that footer off entirely, so the page reads as belonging to your club, coaching business or workplace rather than to us.

It is a small feature with a deliberate shape: free events keep the branding that helps new people discover WhosFreeWhen, Pro events remove it for organisers who want a polished, on-brand page. Both sides of that loop get stronger. Details are in the custom branding writeup.

Co-Organisers: Share the Admin Load

Bigger groups create more admin, more people to chase, more polls to run, more decisions to confirm. Pro organisers can now promote a participant to co-organiser, giving them the ability to confirm the date, send reminders and manage polls on that event, without handing over ownership of it. It is a small change that matters most on the events that were previously hardest to keep moving: big club tours, weddings with two families coordinating, workplace events where the organiser is not always available. Introducing WhosFreeWhen Teams

The last piece is new tier, not just a new feature: WhosFreeWhen Teams, a one-time $20 upgrade that sits above Pro. It is built for anyone scheduling the same event on repeat, a five-a-side team fixing weekly training, a coach booking recurring sessions, an office running a monthly all-hands.

Why Now

We built WhosFreeWhen to answer "what day works for everyone" without the back-and-forth. Co-organisers and Teams both come from the same pattern in how the tool actually gets used: the bigger and more frequent a group's scheduling becomes, the more it needs beyond a single date on a single occasion. This update is the next step in supporting that, without touching what makes the free tier work well for a one-off plan among friends.
